The Office of Global Health and Safety (OGHS) is the primary resource for participation agreements for undergraduate experiential programming. 

As of August 2024, all participation agreement requests should be submitted via the Academic Enrichment Travel (AET) Intake Form found in the AET Section of the OGHS website.
